When you choose DAO365 Home Delivery for delivery, we distribute the parcel at night and deliver it in the early morning, 2-4 days after it has been handed in at a local DAO Parcelshop. Right at your door or in your letter box – that’s what we call good customer service.

No more printers or address labels – when you send your parcels using DAO365 Labelless all you need to do is to enter the sender and the recipient, the weight of your parcel and then pay for it. You then get a 3-digit code that you write on the parcel – no postage, no address label – just the code.

Just write the code on the parcel and find the nearest DAO365 Parcelshop – we have more than 550 distributed all over Denmark – so you will always find us nearby. When you hand in your parcel, we enter the code in our system – and the recipient is validated. You will immediately receive a text message confirming that you have handed in your parcel – and the recipient will receive a text message that the parcel is on its way and that it is from you. One of our many competent carriers will deliver the parcel at the Parcelshop chosen by you – and when the parcel is ready to be picked up, the recipient will get a text message that the parcel is waiting for him or her. When the recipient picks up the parcel you will receive a final text message confirming that the parcel has arrived safely and has been picked up by the right person. That’s what we call good customer service!

In short – just write the code on the parcel and leave the rest to us!

Where is my parcel – I haven’t received it?
When we have delivered your parcel you will receive a text message telling you where it is. DAO365 may have delivered the parcel in your letter box. Or if the parcel is too big for the letter box, we leave the parcel in a bag at your front door – before you get up. If your parcel is too big for us to take it on our scooter, we will deliver it at a DAO Parcelshop nearby. But it will all appear from the text message you receive.

Who delivers parcels in the night?
We do! DAO365 is a distributor delivering morning newspapers in the entire country as well as magazines and parcels ordered on the Internet. DAO365’s carriers see to it that your parcel is delivered in the night, while you are sound asleep. What’s better than to have good things to wake up to?

How did the carrier get into the building?
DAO365 is a distributor delivering morning newspapers in the entire country as well as magazines and parcels ordered on the Internet. Therefore, we at DAO365 have keys or code information to several addresses to which we make deliveries. And therefore we can deliver your parcel safely in your letter box or at your front door – while you are still sound asleep.

Are you allowed to just leave the parcel at the front door?
It is part of the DAO365 concept that our carriers can deliver the parcel at the front door of your private home, where it can be done safely.

Why didn’t you ring at the door – when I was obviously at home?
DAO365 makes our deliveries in the time between 02.30 – 08.00. Most of our customers are at sleep at this time and we have therefore decided that our carriers will not ring at the door or use the entry phone – we don’t want to wake you up.

How can you deliver a parcel without me signing for it?
It is part of the DAO365 concept to deliver parcels without a signature. But we only deliver where we believe it is safe and only at the door of your private home. We also send you a text message to let you know the exact time of the night when our carrier delivered your parcel.

The parcel has been sent but has not been received – what do I do?
If you have sent a parcel and the recipient hasn’t received it within 2-4 days, please contact DAO365 at + 45 72 33 08 00. Likewise, if you are waiting for a parcel and have been informed that the sender has sent it – please contact us.

I am not satisfied with the content of the parcel – what do I do?
Was the dress in a wrong colour or the book not the one you hoped for – or did the content of the parcel not match your expectations? DAO365 is only responsible for the distribution of your parcel. If you aren’t satisfied with the content of the parcel, you need to contact your supplier.

How do I return a parcel by DAO365?
If you are not satisfied with the parcel delivered by us, please contact the sender. They will help you with your return of the parcel.

It’s a piece of cake to send a parcel by DAO365. Go to coolrunner.dk, fill in the information and soon you will have bought a DAO365 delivery.

How do I send a parcel from a DAO Parcelshop?
If you want to send a parcel by DAO365, go to coolrunner.dk and fill in the information to buy a DAO365 delivery. You then receive a 3-digit code that you write on the parcel. Hand in the parcel in a DAO Parcelshop nearby – and DAO365 will see to it that it arrives soon and safe with the recipient.

Can I send large parcels by DAO365?
Large, small, round or square parcels – we like them all! However, it needs to fit on the scooter if you want our carrier to deliver it at a private address. Therefore, parcels for private addresses must be within the size of 23x33x5 cm and have a maximum weight of 3 kg. If the parcel is to be delivered at a DAO Parcelshop nearby, it can be 50x50x50 cm and weigh up to 10 kilo.

For how long is my DAO365 Labelless code valid?
When you book and pay for a DAO365 Labelless code, it is valid for 14 days.

Do I write any sender information on the parcel, when I send it by DAO365?
That’s the thing about DAO365 – the three digits are enough – just leave the rest to us. If you want to write the address, you can of course do so. But you don’t have to.

I have entered the wrong information on the recipient – what do I do?
Oops! But it’s not a catastrophe. If you need to correct the information, please contact the company where you have bought the DAO365 delivery.

I think it’s strange to not write an address – what if the parcel is lost?
It may seem strange but it makes it so much easier to send parcels! And if you have entered all information correctly, we have all the information we need on recipient and sender – just as if it was written on the parcel. Don’t you worry – your parcel is safe with us.

Why don’t I get a receipt for handing in my parcel?
As soon as the Parcelshop scans your parcel, both you and the recipient will get a text message. This is your receipt – and the recipient is informed that the parcel is on its way.

Can I choose a DAO Parcelshop for my recipient?
If you use coolrunner.dk, you can decide to which DAO Parcelshop we deliver the parcel.

How do I know, if the parcel has been delivered?
You receive a text message when your parcel is delivered at the DAO Parcelshop and another text message when your recipient has picked up the parcel. You can also follow your parcel right here: dao.as/privat/tracktrace. Use the tracking number you received in an email when you bought the delivery.

How is the recipient informed of when he or she can pick up the parcel from the DAO Parcelshop?
The parcel is scanned when it arrives at the DAO Parcelshop. Then your recipient receives a text message with a code and he or she can pick up the parcel.

If you have received a text message that your parcel has been delivered in your letter box or at your front door, but you cannot find the parcel, then call DAO365 at +45 72 33 08 00. You can also reply to the text message you have received from DAO365 – and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have received a parcel by DAO365 which is not for you, please contact DAO365 at +45 72 33 08 00. We will then pick up the parcel and return it.

I have received a text message that a parcel is on its way to me – but it is not for me. What do I do?
If you have received a text message that DAO365 has delivered a parcel which is not for you, please contact DAO365 at +45 72 33 08 00. We will then pick up the parcel and return it.

My parcel is damaged/was wet when I got it and the goods inside have been damaged. What do I do?
If your parcel was damaged when you received it, please contact DAO365 at +45 72 33 08 00 and we will help you.
