Do you have letters to send?
You can buy codes for your letters with our app or here on the website. Deliver your letters, in the red dao box, at one of our many daoSHOPs, who are ready to send your letters around Denmark. It doesn’t get any easier!
The letters may contain only paper products, cardboard or plastic.
If the letter is thicker than 1 cm or weighs more than 250 grams, it must be sent as a parcel. dao delivers letters to all home addresses in Denmark. Please note that dao does not deliver letters to Greenland and the Faroe Islands or to PO Boxes.
Buy sheets of letter marks
Need to send a letter – or more? Now you can buy letter marks in sheets, making it easy to send your letters with dao. We have two types of marks: one for letters up to 100 grams and one for up to 250 grams. Each sheet contains 64 stickers.
Place the mark on the top right corner of the front of the letter, just as you know it. Your letters can be dropped off at any daoSHOPs across the country.

Dimensions and weight requirements
You can send letters with dao within 2 weight ranges; up to 100g and up to 250g. The price starts from DKK 20 incl. VAT.
We will deliver your letter to your recipient’s home within 5 days of delivering it to your daoSHOP.

Min. size: 14 x 9 x 0.1 cm.
Max. size: 33 x 23 x 1 cm.
