With dao you enjoy fast delivery directly to the recipient's door or to a daoSHOP. No cumbersome pricing models. Whether you choose one or the other, the price is the same. Also on weekends and holidays. It doesn't get any easier.
We prefer to deliver in your mailbox
dao delivers at night and in the early morning hours, therefore we do not ring the bell. If the parcel can go in your mailbox, you will find it here. But if it is, for example, too big for the mailbox, it is put in a plastic bag and hung on your door.
As a precaution
If it is considered that we cannot deliver your parcel properly, we will deliver it to the nearest daoSHOP instead. You will of course be notified of this and where to pick up your parcel.
Avoid broken packages
As the sender, you have a responsibility to package your shipments correctly so that your parcels arrive intact and safely to the recipient.
