I am missing my pick-up code

When the parcel is ready for pick-up in daoSHOP, you will need a pick-up code to get your parcel.

If you have not received it, you can fill in your complete dao parcel number or 9 digit e-label and mobile number, to get your pick-up code. you will receive it in a sms within 2 minutes.


If you do not receive a pick-up code, please contact Customer Service here - we’ll send it as soon as possible!
